Happier care workers provide the best care, and are more likely to feel valued and promote the business. Nursebuddy is also a platform used for care staff to document notes after each visit. Service Users or their family members may also gain access to the system via the family portal. In order for a service user or family member to gain access, simply email info@dementiacarenw.co.uk and a member of our team will assist in setting up an account. Our service users are provided with a contract and our service user guide which outlines our policies and procedures including how to access our systems. Any external parties can request a copy of a policy by simply emailing info@dementiacarenw.co.uk clearly outlining the purpose of their request and the specific policy they wish to receive.
